Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards and paypal. Online purchases made with debit or credit card and paypal will be processed via paypal at the end of your transaction.

Delivery

We aim to despatch goods within 1 working day, Postage is free and included in the price.  Standard delivery is within 2 to 3 days by Royal mail 2nd class tracked or signed for. Please enquire if express delivery is required. We only despatch goods to the UK mainland.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, therefore we offer a 14 day no quibble return policy. Goods will be returned at your own expense in a new unopened condition within 14 days after delivery. You may cancel your order for goods at any stage before, and up to 7 working days after, the goods are delivered to you by notifying us in writing at the address or e mailing us at our published email address. If you return your goods within the first 7 day we will refund the original postage and packaging costs in accordance with the Distance Selling regulations. We will not refund any postage and packaging costs if you send your order back after 7 days allowed under the distance Selling Regulations or if you only return part of your order. Upon receipt of the goods and after a satisfactory inspection a refund will be issued via PayPal.  Please see our terms and conditions for full details.
