Poultry Housing

All our houses and runs are made to order we ask for a minimum of ten days to build your new house. All our houses and runs use tanalised timber and marine ply to protect against rot. We also offer a bispoke service if you have a design in mind just contact us to discuss your requirements. We offer delivery throughout Cornwall and Devon. The Dorking Chicken House £400

​This house was designed with ease in mind; the perches are quickly removed for cleaning, the nest box is at waist height for egg collection and the whole house can be swept clean in minutes. There is enough room inside to keep up to 12 large breed chickens cosy, contented and warm. If required an additional nest box can be added to the opposite side for an extra forty pounds
.

  • Front pop hole.
  • Large 25mm x 25mm, 19g galvanized mesh ventilation hole at the front with sliding Perspex widow.
  • The roof is constructed using Onduline to allow for ventilation and to help stop red mite.

Barenvelder Chicken House £160

This house was designed to be practical and affordable,there is enough room inside to keep up to 3 large breed chickens or 5 bantam chickens cosy, contented and warm. The side lifts up for easy access to collect eggs and for cleaning. The house is raised up on legs to help prevent damage to the floor, makes collecting eggs and cleaning out easier and provides shelter to your chickens.

Aylesbury Duck House £140

This house was designed to be practical and affordable, there is enough room insideto keep up to
4 large breed ducks cosy, contented and warm. The side lifts up for easy access to collect eggs and for cleaning. The house has two large rounded skids which allows the house to be moved around the run effortlessly.

Walk in Run £400 to £1400

Our walk in runs offer complete protection for your chickens from preditors and the elements. Each run consits of 900mm x 1800mm panels with a 28mm plinth at the base to stop your chickens from scratching dirt out of the run. We offer apex, pitched or flat roofs. The flat roofs will be open to the elemnets but keep your chickens save from preditors by using hot diped galvanised mesh. The apex and pitched roof are completly covered in either in dark or clear (or a mixture) of onduline roofing sheets. You can add either  a fox proof skirt or paving to go around the outside of your run to stop burrowing. All the runs are delivered flat packed with all fittings and easy to use instructions, we also offer a full installation service.

Installation

We offer an installation service at cost of £300 per day. All runs can be installed in one working day assuming the ground has been cleared and levelled. If the ground has to be cleared and levelled this might take longer than one working day to install the run, therefore each additional or part day will be charged at the full day rate of £300


Delivery charges and destinations

We offer a delivery service to all post codes listed below.All houses are made to order therefore we only deliver on the weekends. If you would like to collect please allow a minimum of ten working days during busy times. if you would like to know a specific delivery date please contact us before ordering.

For houses payment must be made
in full prior to delivery. A 40% deposit is required for all runs. All items remain the property of cornish smallholder until full payment is made.
