Livestock Orders

Please visit our online store for availability. We can take orders in advance, when ordering birds from us you will be placed on a waiting list, no deposit is required and we will contact you when we are able to fulfill your requirements.

Any orders placed do not constitute a guarantee to supply, where possible we will fulfill your order.  However, as with the nature of our  business we can not always guarantee that we will be able to meet your specific requirements.


We will contact you via the details supplied by yourself.   If, however, we are unable to contact you within 48 hours we will contact the next
person along on the waiting list. If we don't hear back within 7 days we will remove you from the waiting list.

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order please contact us so we can remove you from the waiting list.

Livestock Delivery

Live Birds/Local

We  offer a delivery service of live birds within a 40 mile radius, this includes post codes in zone 1 and 2.

We normally vist each area at least once month.

However we do require payment to be made prior to delivery

Live Birds/National

If you would like to arrange your own courier, we are more than happy to accommodate this. Below are the details of two local animal couriers both of which are Defra registered and can transport poultry nationally.

Hatching eggs Postage and Packaging


We check the fertility of all our  breeding birds regularly as we hatch eggs to rear ourselves. Please visit our online shop to purchase hatching eggs all prices shown are for six eggs to be collected, if your require delivery please add the required postage option. Your eggs are usually dispatched ready for collection within 7 days however during busy periods or due to mother nature, eggs can take up to 21 days to be delivered/collected. We will send you an email the day before your eggs are ready to be collected or dispatched.

We post to the UK only. For chicken and duck eggs our standard delivery is 1st class at a cost of £5.50 for six eggs.  If you require special delivery the cost is £9.00 for six eggs. Goose eggs delivery is Royal mail 1st class at a cost of £6.50 for four eggs, special delivery at a cost of £10.00 for four eggs. . We will only post Monday to Thursday so as to avoid sitting in postal offices over the weekend. Alternatively eggs can be collected in person.

Upon receiving your eggs leave them to stand at room temperature for 24 hours, ensuring they are pointy end down before putting under a broody or in your
incubator
