This house was designed with ease in mind; the perches are quickly removed for cleaning, the nest box is at waist height for egg collection and the whole house can be swept clean in minutes. There is enough room inside to keep up to 12 large breed chickens cosy, contented and warm. If required an additional nest box can be added to the opposite side for an extra forty pounds.

Two nest boxes.

Large removal perch.

Front pop hole.

Large 25mm x 25mm, 19g galvanized mesh ventilation hole at the front with sliding Perspex widow.

The roof is constructed using Onduline to allow for ventilation and to help stop red mite.

The frame is constructed using 38x38mm timber, cladded with 15mm shiplap.

The floor and nest boxes are constructed using 12mm hard wood marine ply.

All fixtures and fittings are galvanized.

All timber used is tanalised with a 15 year anti rot guarantee.
